Passionate about cooking I decided to study culinary arts when I moved to The United States, Saint Louis, Missouri in 2002. As a Brazilian I always wanted to share with people something that well represents our cuizine and our culture. Brazil's cuisine is vast and varies so much from region to region. I choose brigadeiro because besides it being a passion for me, it is also genuinely a Brazilian candy. I grew up making brigadeiros for all the birthday parties for my family. We use to gather together to make the candies, and it was a party for the kids helping rolling brigadeiros. Then I combined my passion for culinary with the good memories of my childhood, plus my desire to shere a little bit of our culture and cuizine, and founded '"Brigadeiro Gourmet Shop".
