About our company.

Passionate about cooking I decided to study culinary arts when I moved to The United States, Saint Louis, Missouri in 2002. As a Brazilian I always wanted to share with people something that well represents our cuizine and our culture. Brazil's cuisine is vast and varies so much from region to region. I choose brigadeiro because besides it being a passion for me, it is also genuinely a Brazilian candy. I grew up making brigadeiros for all the birthday parties for my family. We use to gather together to make the candies, and it was a party for the kids helping rolling brigadeiros. Then I combined my passion for culinary with the good memories of my childhood, plus my desire to shere a little bit of our culture and cuizine, and founded '"Brigadeiro Gourmet Shop". 

Our Brigadeiros are made from scratch, fresh to order, and with care. "We are proud of working with the highest quality ingredients. Our brigadeiros are artisanal and made with care, professionalism, dedication and love. Just to please our customers."
